Emails being ignored and always been told he will get back to me YET NOTHING with my claim from last year November/December

Neo why am i been ignored with my claim, you still dont get back to me whatsoever ever since i wrote to HELLO PETER. MY LAST YEARS CLAIM to date has not been resolved last week i send you a direct email and this morning that you still choose not to reply!! Is this how managers and assistants are taught to treat customers or to you my query IS USELESS therefore not even willing to lift up any fingers to pending case with you and incredible connections CLEARWATER. Its not like am asking for a free device etc i paid my insurance through you guys at ABACUS INSURANCE. honstly your treatment and services are deeply PATHETIC
