Dissapointed

I am actually rather exhausted and dissaponted with the service Iam receiving from this organization, to think I had to hand in my phone 3 weeks back and m being sent from pillar to post with regards to my claim. One moment ita under review the next they want a detailed affidavit, what is not detailed about a phone falling and screen cracking? M honestly tired and full of regret as to why I even wasted my money on this guy's, a technician down the road was going to have this fixed within a day
