DISGUSTING COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED 6 MONTHS

Poor experience highly unprofessional since Time. Of query 6 months later still no help with my broken Tele did everything I was suppose to but matter not resolved consultant gavee. Assurance 2 months ago that issue will. Be resolved still nothing no call no email when I email in they asking me for ID Number or Policy number the exact same women that told me she would resolve my issue I'm. Going back to work my baby will 6 months an that is how long in. Trying to get matter resolved..... So dissapointment dissatisfied an disgusting would not recommend anyone to use abacus sis....
