Device repair taking 4 months still not repaired

I logged a repair with abacus for an I Phone 11 in February its now May and only now the repair company has decided to tell me I need to remove find my device the store that's handling my repair HiFi Cornubia it's been the worst experience they never call back HiFi Cornubia has been my worst experience ever i have to chase every one for an update did i mention that they never call you back. 4 months to fix a device and its still not fixed -STORE CLAIM REF NUMBER HF-APPL-***9
