Decline insurance claim

In September 2023 took a loan withCapfin with 12 months payment plan ,in April 2024 i was retrenched at my work place Abacus insurance has declined my claim according to them they said retrenchment for my company was announced in July 2023 i which i never though i will be affected since they were planning to gave early pension to 55 yrs and over and thereafter they apply LIFO . But only in March we realised that we were affected after we received letters
