Claim that never approved by this ****ming company

I am totally disgusted about this company they busy promising to get to the bottom of our claim but what they do they will keep you hoping that something will come up i am really angry and taking this matter beyond hello Peter

My mother never skipped any payments but yet they declined her claim with no proof or any documentation to proof of how it failed validation

This company is seriously playing with people's money their actions are revolting and I am not going to let this slide.
