Claim for lost gadget short fall

Good day everybody,

Friday I went to Pavilion to replace my lost tablet, when I get there they no longer have and make that tablet. So I opted for another good quality that is covered or is within the once off insurance I paid for which is R319 for replacement value of between R1000 and R4999 I was then told I.have to pay the difference. I was told I.am only covered for the amount I paid last year December, how is that possible? Your once off premiums clearly states a.customer pays R119 for cover of between R0-R999 and R319 for cover of R1000 - R4999.

Can someone please tell me the store manager was confused because I cannot pay for cover amount of between R1000 and R4999 and be asked to pay the difference if the tablet that I purchased is NO more and obviously even if it was still available the price would have gone up.

I need an urgent response as I.need to replace my tablet tomorrow, I.have lots and lots of catching up to do so I urgently need the tablet tomorrow.

Please treat this as a matter of urgency.
