Cause of death life cover

Claimed for my aunt on the 6 June 2023, it's exactly three weeks since the claim, first I was told that they want the cause of death, which is confidential form that is filled by doctor and is nor allowed to be seen by any person, that is why is taken to home affairs sealed. Last week on the 12 June 2023 was told that a claim is being processed and will get notification within 24 hours, it's been more than a week and still there is nothing. This people are a real ****. Am gonna cancel everything with them but not gonna let this go if war it's what they want, it's that they will get. ****MERS
