Careless Insurance company

I need to report and expose this insurance company, it is operating so very unprofessional and careless to their customers. They lapsed my policy without even talking to me, while they were taking my money, their system is very *******, why it did not kick back the payment after the policy lapsed? it is very strange how they operate, my grandmother stayed a month without cover, they told me that they are investigating the case, they were refusing to refund my money, i had to wait till they solve the matter, after 3 to 4 weeks waiting, they came back told me to pay R400 to activate the policy, then i asked them to activate my policy till month then i will pay this R400 because for i dont have such amount and my grandmother been not covered for a month, i cant wait for another month without cover, then the lady i was talking to; her name is Emily she promised to do as i aksed, then later in the day she sent me email that they will refund the two months that was paid, just imagine false promises, then changed mind and decide to refund. remember they have been refusing to refund me from the first when i launched the complain, then they made U.turn. This company is a ****, i wish other people can notice this before is too late because one day they going to be a victim like myself.
