Buhle & Ivy Worst Customer Experience

Worst customer service i received from Nobuhle or Buhle whatever her name is but she is in customer service as well as IVY. First training i would take them as their manager would be to learn good telephone etiquette and atleast **** being helpful to customers when they need your assistance!
