Best service received from an insurer in a while

I'd like to thank Kgaogelo Phahlane and his colleagues for the speedy resolution of my claim. I was retrenched in May and submitted my claim July for the settlement of my loan. I was trying my luck especially considering the company I worked for was not South African. I expected the claim to not pay as there were outstanding documents.

Kgaogelo constantly kept me in the loop every step of the way and provided alternative solutions to problems I had faced submitting a claim. The overall service of their claims department has been amazing, right from the 1st call I made to enquire about the claim process. The lady I spoke to whose name I've forgotten immediately registered my claim and thoroughly explained the process to me. I am extremely happy with the results obviously because they paid but I'm actually very pleased with the excellent customer service I received. Keep up the great work claims department.
