Bad BAD service from Abacus Insurance - Stay away

One star is too much but one has to chose something. You can send mails, for which you will not get a response, phone their customer care on *** just to be told they are very busy, so you hold on for over an hour, but the agents , or is it just one agent in the call center, are still busy. All I need is to find out where to pay my insurance. Use to pay at PEP Stores but they do not support Abacus anymore. This also makes me worry, is the problems at Abacus? And I guarantee you, they will not respond on this writing. Promise!!!!!!!!
