Appalling service from Abacus & Bradlows

I took insurance via Bradlows for a TV Abacus insurance. I claimed in June for the TV to date I have not been assisted with my TV the worst insurance. My TV is still at home no one has come to check the TV yet I claimed in June appalling service to their clients. Yet I pay the insurance every month
