Annoyed

So on Friday after writing my review a person by the name of Emily promised to call me on Monday to give me feedback. Its Wednesday today still no call from her. I called the insurance company again today they told me the claim is with the supervisor, so I asked them to copy me in the emails sent out to the supervisor, It turns out my claim is R18499 while I insured my phone for R24999??????
