Always looking for loopholes
Worst Experience Ever Policy wording as the correct surname but claims are being reassesed because they have an old surname which I do not know where they got but the policy wording has the correct surname l, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR LOOPHOLES, than you get agents that switch the phone off in your ear, wish I remembered her name.
