account policy lapsed however every month they take your money for the same policy when you call they tell you that's i lapsed in February 2024 yet the whole of 2024 and 2025 they still taking payments from me and you fill in the complaint form yet still
Feel scared and disappointed having to pay monthly now im being told it has long lapsed
