Refrain from buying goods specifically cellphone from Bradlows,they will tell you that phone comes with insurance that covers theft but when your phone is ****** then comes trouble.Their goods are insured with abacus which they don't disclose when you taking a credit they don't even send policy of the insurance even the insurance it's self doesn't bother to send you or update you with their policies ..you will only find out when you claim and they reject your claim that there are policies also there's conditions in case of theft..On my case they refused to replace my phone and told me to continue paying both credit and insurance even while they not replacing the phone, I cannot cancel the insurance they said and trust me that was never disclosed to me upon taking the contract ...so be alert they will tell you it's covered for theft but trust me there is no such ..
