ABACUS WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER

Because Abacus took 6 weeks to process my claim which was supposed to take 5 days, I am canceling with them. I sent through my documents from Santam, 3 times already and yet again, a week goes by and they dont respond. I phoned Financial Connections and Abacus and got the run around. I became upset because I am now paying two companies and you cannot claim from two companies. Abacus then tells me it takes 30 days to cancel but they have not recieved the documents, and only the other ******** financial connect can tell them to cancel. Finance connect says only abacus can cancel!! ***!!! and if you reverse the payment they report you as NOT paying on credit bureaus even though you pay the correct amount!!!! DO NOT TAKE ABACUS INSURANCE EVER!!!!!!
