Abacus the worst insurance

The level of communication from Abacus Insurance is very poor...claimed with the insurance on Tuesday the 31.08.2021....on Thursday a lady named Akhona reverted back stating that there are some documents outstanding which I managed to send to her the same day...only on Monday the 6th of September afternoon I get an sms with the reference notifying me about my claim submitted after I've yelled the the agents the whole day,now I'm still waiting for the approval from the authorization dept...I'm not happy with the service the contract says claims take 5 days to be processed there's no communication what so ever with the delay...I will never use this companies service again it socks.. 😡
