Abacus refusing to pay my claim

This is one of the worst insurance ever, we sign up for such policies so that we can give our loved ones a dignified send off. This is the second time we having to wait for a pay out. Why do you always treat us like this! We ensure that the premiums are up to date but you can't keep your promises.
