Abacus lies

Abacus had very good service until a claim was made. They paid out, but then increased my premium. After a long time going back and forth about why the premium increased, they finally admitted that they need to refund me since the premium was supposed to decrease instead of increase. I've been waiting for months for my refund...and they just don't bother to make contact
