Abacus Is rogue insurance company

Well I was sick from the 27th July from the 30th July 2019 I was in hospital to 29 September basically if and on on the 20th August I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Tb so doctor put me off from the 30th July till 6 January and that’s unpaid from my company, I sent my claim to this stupid insurance company and mind me I paid my account although I was not working eventual I said let me claim because I am paying for it and I have a illness but then managers and staff decline the claim and I tried to bargain and they refused to listen which is really frustrating I contacted bradlows even they are another knob refuse to listen and now Bradlows is calling me every day for payment after they know my situation I never ask to have this sickness I never wanted to be sick and I am paying for and insurance what the **** do I do if those bunch of imbeciles doesn’t want to approve
