Abacus is horrible and don't care about your loss

By far the worst company to deal with.My mom took death cover with this company based on what she was promised if something happened to her, sadly she did pass on due to an accidental death I called this horrible company when they eventually answer the phone they won't be honest with the details they will just tell u the normal cover amount. If death is due to an accident most honest and reputable companies will double the amount bt not this company. After submitting a claim which took them long ton pay out, I was told I will receive a certain amount of money for six months as part of the benefit and another amount after 12 months after fighting for the claim which was not even double the amount then after the 1st month I contacted them to find out any the 6months payment they claim the money they paid covered everything the 6months payment and the money I was supposed to receive after 12months. This company makes the pain u going through even worse and the staff don't seem to care they will just answer you and be quick to dismiss you. my advice to anyone who has cover with this company do yourself and your loved one's a favour cancel and look for a reputable company.
