I received the attachment stating that my claim has been declined due to the policy that was cancelled. Please advise who cancelled the policy, for what? I've sent all the documents required including the confirmation letter from my employers disability department, the psychologist and the psychiatrist. You sent me sms this week telling me that you need new letter from the Psychiatrist since my next appointment is in February. Is that going to change the disability condition? now you telling me that "policy has been cancelled". Which **** level is Abacus at yhee, are you on top level? Who's mad in this company is it the Directors or the employees? You keep on provoking me and my health situation doesn't allow me to get frustrated.
