Abacus is a **** !!!. Complete waist of money

I have two policies with them and everything is made to sound simple at point of sale this is a complete **** of a business. I have submitted my claim last year and no feedback. Complete shambolic customer service agents that make you feel like you have no where to go and happy to push you from pillar to post like a headless chicken. I have submitted documentation with the assistance of the incredible connection techie and he was given the run around. They say they havent recieved documents, luckily I had him cc me and I can see 7 abacus agents in the email. Do not take abacus save yourself the stress and drama as it's a new year and I still do not have my claim approved after almost 60 days
