Abacus is a ****

The worst experience ever, Been waiting on a Tablet screen to be fixed, a damn screen and I needed information about how they work and their process to investigate claims. but no one ever gets back to you and calls get dropped. They will make you run around getting documents and then give you a hard time processing the claim, the people that work there have attitudes towards customer, one told me me claim won't be processed and I won't get the tablet back. I seriously think they don't like working there because they know the bull**** that the company makes us go through is not worth it. My advise when getting insurance ask questions and know who will be handling them, if they say Abacus don't take it save yourself not worth it.
