Abacus is a Horrible unprofessional business including its staff

On the 3rd of September I submitted a claim with Abacus insurance and to date after numerous calls to them they have not reaponed nor were they able to resolve my matter...the staff are explicitly rude and drop the calls in my ear with no regard for the consequences

I bought two television's and was practically forced without proper explanation of this horrible insurance

Very unprofessional behavior from the stuff of Abacus and trying to speak to a supervisor is near impossible

Something needs to be done because trapping people into buying a whole years insurance upfront.. Staff speaking to a client as if they are friends at a tevan ...
