Abacus insurance service horrible to clients

Last year August 2023 I made an insurance claim of a TV I bought at bradlows I was told to fill up insurance claim forms and also send pictures of the damage product i did, I was told I'll receive a reference number and with it I must go to the bradlows store I will get assist, The lady who was assisting me told me her name Siziwe Mngomezulu I've been sending emails after emails but no response I even went to the bradlows store were I bought the TV when they contact abacus they are told to resend the forms and I will receive a ref number this whole thing has been going on for 6 months now I really don't know what to do anymore their service is very bad
