Abacus Insurance rejects claims without proper investigation

The insurance reject my claim without investigation and when i disputed the rejection no one response to me emails, when i call the number is unreachable at most times, if I do get through the average waiting time is about 10-15 minutes before you speak to someone who will place you on hold while trying to put you to the correct person. Since October 2020 my issue has not been resolved.
