Abacus Insurance POOR SERVICE

My son has lodged a funeral claim with Abacus Insurance and is being sent from pillar to post when trying to resolve this. We note that this seems to be a recurring problem with Abacus Insurance when reading the reviews and we are adding our names to this long list. With hindsight, we would not have contracted with them and maybe should have checked their services review first. I also not that they have a standard response to all complaints raised and have been unable to confirm if a "Complaints Officer" actually calls back. Keep watching this space because I will report back if someone has in fact responded or if the response generated is an automatic response meant to pacify the complainant!!!!
