ABACUS INSURANCE IS A ****!! TRY AND AVOID

They deserve -1 stars. I bought the insurance through a shop but had to contact the insurance directly to claim. I only took 1 year insurance and needed to claim close to the end of the term. I gave them more than enough time but no reply. You can be lucky if you hear your first human response (not automated) after the insurance period has lapsed.
