Abacus Insurance doesn't want to pay my Capfin loan. I think is a ****
Abacus Insurance don't want to pay for my Capfin loan acc. After I was involved in an accident. Phumzile Kubheka (ABACUS Consultant) ++***8 block my emails and no more taking my calls. Rest of the crew they tell me she is the only person to help me. They will play music until I decide to drop the phone, I'm tired of writing emails and calling. Abacus is a ****, Now Capfin is promising to take me to credit bureau

23 Jan 2026, 15:16After I have sent Abacus letter from hospital and a letter from my employer stating that I was sick from 14 September till 11 December 2025. As per Nelisiwe Skhosana Abacus they need my bank statement to proof that there was no income, for these three months. Is this true? Abacus is robbing people.

They keep me, holding, telling me different stories whenever I called them. Any company that works with Abacus Insurance need to take that into consideration and start looking for better insurance companies.
