Abacus insurance bunch of ******

I think these people are ******, My Sons phone was ****** out of his vehicle while he was opening the the gate to park his vehicle although the phone was in the glove compartment they refuse to honour the claim because they state the car must be behind locked gates etc. Everything that should apply on a vehicle when you insure it, not a phone, they will try everything not to honour a claim.
