Abacus Insurance

I have been phoning in since and have been told that a manager will phone be back. To date I am still waiting to receive that call. Every month I get a sms stating that my debit order has ben unsuccessful, yet the money is being debited. I changed my bank details and had sent through an email, but my details were never updated. Customer service from Abacus is putrid.
