My claim was declined because I did not have proof of the ITC number. I had the ITC number but asked for proof of the ITC number in a form of an SMS or email from the service provider. At the time of blocking the device, I did not have a phone nor did I have a sim card. I used a landline to make the call so I did not receive an SMS nor did I receive an email.

I have called my service provider numerous times, I have been to their stores, they have not been able to help me. I was told there is no reason for proof if I have the ITC number. Even if they wanted to send the proof, they could because the ITC number is generated once and then disappear.

I have been taken from pillar to post with this claim for proof of the ITC number when I have the ITC number.
