Abacus Claim Pending- Approved Claims Before, Now Only Excuses

I’m extremely disappointed with Abacus. I submitted a claim in June 2026 at the store and also emailed all required documents. We are now at month end July and payment is due, but I still have zero proper feedback.

Every time I call this week the response is either: 1. The system is down 2. We are waiting for a quote from the store

What’s frustrating is that Abacus has approved 2 of my previous claims with no hassle at all. So I know you’re capable of processing claims quickly.

This delay and poor communication is not acceptable. I need this escalated urgently.
