Abacus and excuses ! Not reliable

Abucus eventually processed my claim but only paid one month and this is what they had to say. "All letters should specify 1, 2 or 3 months & after you can submit another one that is why they payed only one instalment". For further assistance please direct your complain to *** they will attend to your matter.

I really don't know what to do because The letter said no income from May 2020 until level one.

HR cannot specify dates because we don't know when will level one be. So that's it? My loss? So I must now follow them for anotheonth to process this?
