I submitted a funeral claim with this company on the 26 of March, I have phoned and emailed them severally and all I get is excusses after excusses. This company needs to be investigated and closed. Their staff doesn't even have humanity. Please be careful people,i know I'm not the 1st nor the last to complain about them. They say claims are paid WITHIN 48hrs and till this date I haven't received my claim from them.
