Abacas insurance ****?

Hi I'm an very disturbed about the service I received from Abacus insurance.......I got a massage last year that the policy has increased from R100 to R120 but because I got the policy via Pep stores I pay there.....pep stores is struggling to do the R120 transaction then I continued with the R100....I informed Abucus then they said I must pay at checkers and don't have to pay the outstanding R20s.....checkers did not recognize the card......I called in again 1st week December and I was forwarded a msg to pay via easy pay and I must pay all outstanding R20s, on the 15 December 2024 I paid R340 via easy paid, which is upto date, today 20th Dec 24 I got a msg that the policy has lapsed due to non payment this month, is this company a **** or what coz they have blocked my number but when I phone with another number it just rings. Someone help us
