Wrong info extra cost

I checked to confirm 3 months ago who to use for fixing my aircon. I was told to use Bosch by aa warranties. Go check your recordings. I took my car to Bosch just to be told to use someone else. Now I have to pay additional cost of R1500. I had to pay Bosch R500 to do the check first. This might not seem much to you but I am unemployed and this is food on my table. Money!!!!!!! This is unacceptable. I followed your instruction to use the provider you told me to use. I please want the refund on the money I had to pay to Bosch.
