WORST Warranty Company

So long early this year, I took a mechanical warrant with AA Warranties after the expiration of my BMW G20 330i manufacturers warranty, paying around R900 every month on their Titanium cover of R100,000 potential cover. In my mind, I thought I was with a reputable company, I failed to check the online reviews. Few weeks ago, I started notice some noise when turning my steering, preliminary diagnosis indicates with new BMW models the steering rack are very low just under the car and water has got inside the steering rack which affected the lubrication hence the noise when making a turn. It was working perfectly and took it in after 2 weeks when less busy, got the quote and send the quote to AA Warranties. They sent an inspector to BMW and alas, I received a call from the most rudest person have even spoken to, indicating they will reject the claim because water has entered the steering rack under the car. The ****ing rack is under the car which is normal for water to be in contact with it. However, PLEASE dont waste your money on this useless company, the are WORST than anything you will ever think of, they avoid claim on semantics and clauses, but happy to collect your money. Glad it wasnt something worse or bigger before I cancel this useless trash policy
