Worst ever service with AA Warranties!

This is the worst place I have dealt with in a LONG TIME. They are refusing to pay out a claim that was discussed with them telephonically. I was told to find a cheaper option for my first claim, which I then did and the consultant gave me a " bracket" over the phone of where the claim should be then it would be honoured - and now they are refusing on basis of wear and tear and not a mechanicl breakdown!!! It was a mechanical breakdown! And you are not honouring what you specifically told me over the phone! You send standard decline e-mails but you don't answer to the fact of what your own consultant told me! Such HORRIBLE service! You ought to shame yourselves!!!!!!!!
