Worst after sale service

This is the worst insurance i have ever taken in my life. Your service is pathetic. Sent an email a week ago but still no response even thou your TAT says 48hrs. You decline claims based on information that is on policy document but don't bother yo send docs on sales stage. Your consultant decided to capture my email incorrectly after i gave her correct email address and she even sent me an email using her work email address. How are we supposed to know your terms when you never sent them.
