Will not pay for repairs

This place is the worst ever to have a warranty with the first claim i had to have a wheel bearing replaced on my audi they said they cant pay out the full total because its at a audi dealer it must be by a RMI approved dealer so i had to pay over R4000.00 in addition to the claim Now today i get a call to say they will not be paying my claim because i had the van fixed already for a new problem even though i have all the documents,invoice etc... which the agent said i can do when i lodged the claim this is the worst ever aftermarket warranty ever i have had numerous ones over the years and never had a problem with payouts or repairs. Any one who wants a good warranty plan should avoid this company at all cost
