We paid for warranty.

We submitted a claim for the gearbox of my bakkie we bought January 2021, the dealership recommended the AA warranty. We agree to it. A Year later gearbox doesn't want to engaged gears. Now there is so many excuses for declining claim.

Everyone always say "we will investigate and reveal back to you", and then you must wait. Unbelievable

Right, now you guys send me an email, claim declined because of oil leak. Let me put it to you, this bakkie has a full service history. Never had an oil leak. Only when the gearbox didn't want to engaged in gears there was a oil leak because of the failure of oil pump and timing pump. What would have happened if we were travelling on highway? I therefore again mentioning that your so called independent assessor never asked for the service record. Now you people think Im an idiot to let it go like this. I will have to prepare court papers, there's no other options. I'm very very disappointed in this warranty. How many people is still going to fall for that. You can atleast compromise on at least 50% of damage on gearbox.
