Very unprofessional

Im so frustrate with A A warranties.I thought they were the best when it comes to car warranty.

I took my car for service on friday when the mechanic found that my berings also need to be changed they responded by "ur bearing are not cracked but worn"

If bearings are worn or cracked they need to be changed anyway so whats the difference. When I joined an extended warranty, I asked them if they do cover bearings and they sad "yes we cover that"

Now I must use puplic transport because they dont want to fix my car but they deduct their premiums every month
