Very disappointed

Extremely disappointed. The AA warranties try everything to not pay a claim. I called in to the call centre to find out how to claim. They told me to take the vehicle in to an RMI approved dealer to diagnose problem and get it fixed and email fault report. They said nothing about pre authorization. As I heard nothing back from AA, I paid the dealer myself. The repair only took a day. It took the AA over 2 weeks to get back to me and immediately reject my claim which they said needed pre authorization. When I tried to dispute they just sent the exclusion clause and said that they are sticking to their decision. Extremely poor communication. I see the same comments on here so its not just me. I truly expected more from what I thought would be a reputable name in the motor vehicle industry. I know hope to get someone with some clout to take them on. Very, very poor show.
