Useless *****s

If there was an option to give these guys a zero ratting I would, they don't even deserve one star. I read previous reviews and they all build up to the case that I am facing. They have the worst service and they find every excuse in the book not to pay you out for repairs on your vehicle. Their assessors are absolutely useless and are clearly not trained to assess anything vehicle related. If you are being sold a Warranty from AA Warranties from which ever dealership you're buying your vehicle from, I would advise you to refuse it and go look else where. One of the worst warranty companies in South Africa. They look for every technicality to decline your claim, even if you have everything in order. They clearly do not follow protocol. They do not test any parts or lubricants and write false reports and use this false information to decline your claim. They are Absolutely useless, they have poor service, horrible management and they are *****s!
