Useless Complany

Had a claim and needed to fix my car urgently , had a quote from the dealer but as they not respond by 2 days had the dealer fix the car (they also charge storage) and now AA phoned to tell me that they repudiate my claim due to me fixing my car without them approving, it was only my clutch kit that needed repairing
