Unsatisfied customer

I'm policy holder of AA policy no 262683,my policy is up to date since 2021 i never claimed,my vehicle is at fiat 500x, recently it had a problem with gears 5 and 6 ,I took it in at constantia fiat Chrysler dealership ,it was diagnosed that the problem is the actuator I lodged the claim with AA spoke to Albert who told me that they policy is not going to pay since the actuator is an electronic component that is not covered under the policy, it's surprising how cause the gearbox can't function without the actuator and same,i feel like I've been ****** of my hard earned money, it's been two months struggling with the vehicle whereas I pay the policy without fail every month
